On check in we were told our room had been upgraded. However, although it may have been slightly larger, the room ended up being just above street level in front of hotel where we could hear traffic. We had asked for a quiet room. In that room also one mattress seemed to be tilted. The next day we were able to switch and the room was very quiet. The morning staff were very helpful in making this switch. The hotel was very clean and well kept throughout. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The location of this hotel is great. It was very close to everything. We walked from the train station to our hotel and we walked from the hotel to the old town and all the major sites.

The location was very walkable to the sighs of Old Town! It is a beautiful building on the outside and lobby area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a deep soaking tub and shower combo which hubby could not climb into (we did not have ask for an accessible room). Currently there is a major remodeling project to an adjoining building and some construction noises could be heard in our room during the daytime. The staff were very helpful!

The hotel is stunning. The facade is so beautiful and this continues inside with the interior. The breakfast area and conference room arrangement is something we've never seen before but makes impressive use of a very grand space ! Friendly helpful staff, the rooms were spacious and had everything needed. The beds were very comfortable and room temperature could be managed well. There were plenty of options for breakfast and an extended serving time on new years day was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the K+K Hotel Central in Prague, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Prague, just a short walk from the Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, and many other popular attractions. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort for anyone visiting the city. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, offering all the information I needed about the hotel and surrounding area. They were happy to help with any requests and provided great recommendations for local dining. I stayed in a standard room, which was slightly on the smaller side but very clean, and very well-appointed. The décor was modern yet cozy, with a mix of classic touches and contemporary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was snug but well-maintained, complete with high-quality toiletries. My only small critique was that the room could have had a bit more natural light, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Absolutely superb location. Just a short easy walk into the heart of the Old Town & you arrive at the beautiful Old Square in less than 10 minutes. Nice quiet room with a really comfortable bed. Slept really well. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Appreciated provision of bottles of water, kettle & tea making facilities. Spoilt for choice of restaurants, bakeries & cafes. A great restaurant, The Red Deer, is straight across the road form the hotel (30 second walk!).

My first visit to Prague was a 5-day (4 nights) trip with the main goal of running the Prague Marathon and, of course, exploring the beautiful city. I was looking for a hotel close to the marathon's start, and I succeeded, finding a lovely hotel just a few hundred meters from the start/finish line. The staff was friendly, and I was able to check in earlier than planned upon arrival. The breakfast was well-organized every day, with a good variety and quick replenishment of fresh items. In short, I had a wonderful time!

I loved the location of this hotel and of course the Art Neauveau style of the building. Also very nicely surprised by the fresh flowers in the hall - white roses! Love fresh flowers and it's a huge plus for this hotel. Also found some real plats in the room and hotel in general. Very beautiful. Didn't have breakfast but the breakfast room looks so beautiful. The whole room looks of course very outdated old-soviet style as most of the cz properties. However everything was clean mainly clean and decent.

It was clean. The breakfast was very nice. Great location. The stuff was very nice. I asked to turn on the sauna in the morning and they did it in 10 minutes. The funniest thing that my mom was staying in 5 stars hotel and she needed to pay for Sauna.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, but appreciated its hospitality. Liked everything. We were checked in very quickly and ahead of time. The room was spacious and cozy, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was equipped with everything a traveler needs. Location - you can't ask for anything better, practically the center, all attractions can be reached on foot. My special thanks to the service staff. I lost my earring in my room after leaving the hotel. When I returned to the hotel with little hope and lo and behold!!!!, it was returned to me. Thanks to the hotel and the people who work there. I definitely recommend it in all respects.
